Our Speaker is Dr. Joel Edman, DSc, FACN, CNS, NBC-HWC, PCC Integrative Health Coach and Clinical Nutritionist.
Topic: The focus of the presentation will be what Integrative Health Coaching is and why it is so helpful, providing attendees with an understanding of how health coaching is uniquely applied and can be most beneficial. The framework and core principles will be discussed including health vision/long term and short term goals, core lifestyle approaches, positive psychology, growth mindset, accountability, motivational interviewing, etc.
Biography: He specializes in coaching and teaching clients, employees, executives and practitioners about the most effective use of integrative and nutritional health therapies.
