Lunch & Learn – July, 2026

Lunch & Learn on July 1, 2026, from 11:30 am to 1 pm at BBB Office, 8020 South County Road 5, Fort Collins, Colorado.

As Co-owner of Full Circle Creative, Mary Bahus-Meyer has been helping small businesses with their marketing and telling their stories since 1999.

TOPIC:  “Wearing Many Hats: How to Talk with Customers.” In this fun, interactive class, we’ll practice role-playing – being a salesperson and also putting yourself in the customer’s shoes (or rather hat!).

Volunteers will play the business owner, while another class member chooses a hat and assumes the personality of a customer/ potential buyer. Then everyone chooses a partner to practice asking questions and giving their sales spiel. Learn questions to ask to figure out what kind of product a customer might like, and what things to share about yourself and your company with a prospective client. Become more comfortable and competent at sales! ”
